Creative Sales Company was started in the early 1980's. CSC manufactures plastic injection molded products. Gary Byers started CSC in the early 1980's in a garage and has since grown the business into a world-wide wholesaler. He is a successful business owner and inventor with many patents which include his first item, the Super Sharpener #1, Knife & Scissors Sharpener. The items concentrated in this web site was a venture that started coming together for Gary in 2005 (?). The initial name of the ladder accessories was the PLUS System which stands for Professional Ladder Utility System. Gary has found through public comment that people that saw the PLUS system thought they were buying a ladder squeezed into a medium sized box. Tracy Pagel started working at CSC in 2001. Tracy is the companies Sales, Marketing and Art Director. Tracy researches ideas and new avenues to market the products CSC manufactures. He is also a graphic designer.

Angela Dennison started working for CSC in 2004 (?). Angela is the companies IT person, accounting supervisor, office supervisor and shipping supervisor. Angela makes sure the company runs smoothly when it comes to technology, money matters, human resources and product shipping.

Chandra Reynolds started working at CSC in 2007. Chandra is the companies accounting specialist. Chandra works with an accounting software that is geared towards manufacturing businesses. She handles all of the A/R and A/P duties and much more.

Steve Payne started working at CSC in 2006. Steve is the companies salesman that specializes in sales calls to Home Depot stores. Steve uses software that CSC and Home Depot has that show when Home Depot stores across the country are low on our products that they sell and he calls the stores to let them know when it is time to reorder. Steve also takes orders and makes sales calls to companies that do not presently sell CSC products.

Linda Halbur started working at CSC in 2007. Linda is Gary Byers Administrative Assistant and one of the companies graphic artists. Lindas is administrative support for the office personnel and also works with illustrating web design and photo editing software to design packaging and this web page for the company.

Phil Macaulay has worked for CSC since 2003. Phil works in the manufacturing area and in the office area. Phil uses CAD software to draw engineering drawings for new inventions and improving existing products, runs and changes molds in the plastic injection molding machines, and helps manage the crew in the manufacturing area and much more.

Cheri Stevens has worked for CSC since 1983. Cheri manages the production crew, setting them up with daily tasks and she packages and ships products. Cheri can do and direct most tasks in the manufacturing area with her years of experience.
